Our training model blends focused skill development with structured rest and recovery as a core part of the program, giving athletes exactly what they need to stay healthy and keep progressing.

HitTrax simulation creates authentic game environments with real-time data tracking exit velocity, launch angle, and distance. Technology provides immediate feedback—athletes see results and adjust approach throughout tournament play.
COMPETITIVE TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Round-robin structure guarantees equal competition for all teams. Championship and consolation brackets on the final day ensuring every team has meaningful games—four days of structured tournament play!

WHAT TO EXPECT
Tournament Structure
Four day tournaments featuring 3-person teams competing in 90-minute sessions. Each session includes 30 minutes of professional instruction during warm-up, followed by 60 minutes of HitTrax gameplay (up to 7 innings).
The tournament begins with round-robin group play, ending with championship and consolation brackets at the end.
HitTrax Technology
Simulation system creates authentic game environments using machine-based delivery and advanced tracking technology. Every ball hit is measured for exit velocity, launch angle, and projected distance. Virtual stadiums create realistic game scenarios.
Team Flexibility
Teams of three players, any age combination (10–18). HitTrax automatically adjusts stadium dimensions and defensive positioning for each batter, ensuring fair competition across different ages and skill levels.
