The Lab is our spin on Open Facility time, designed to help athletes get their work in. Come down to “The Lab” and train in an environment built for focus, development, and growth—surrounded by like-minded athletes who share the same drive to get better every day.

Each session is player-led, giving athletes the space and freedom to get their work in while still having structured access to hitting, pitching, fielding, performance training and position-specific development under the guidance of our coaching staff.
