FOR FAMILIES
ATHLETES DESERVE MORE THAN A ROSTER SPOT.
Most athletes spend their development years waiting — waiting for a turn in the cage, waiting to be noticed, waiting for instruction that never quite comes. EL1 is built around a different idea: every athlete deserves individual attention, a real development plan, and instruction from people who’ve competed at the highest levels of the game.
QUICK NAVIGATION
Learn From Those Who've Lived It
Every instructor at EL1 is a current or former college or professional player. They don’t just teach the game — they’ve played it at the level your athlete is working toward.
Built Around Your Athlete
No two athletes are the same. EL1’s programs are structured to meet athletes where they are — delivering instruction tailored to their skill level, their position, and their goals.
Real Development, Not Just Activity
Showing up isn’t enough. Every EL1 session is purposeful — built on a progressive curriculum that moves your athlete forward, week after week.
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH
Every EL1 facility is integrated with MLB U Passive Data Capture — a system that automatically pulls performance data from the industry’s leading technology platforms and delivers it to a single, easy-to-use app. No manual tracking. No guesswork. Just clear, accurate data that shows exactly how your athlete is developing.
THE R.E.I PHILOSOPHY
Every program, session, and coaching interaction at EL1 is shaped by three principles. They aren’t slogans — they’re the operational standard behind everything your family will experience.
01
RELATIONSHIP
Training is a relationship, not a transaction. Instructors build genuine trust with the athletes they work with — creating the foundation that makes real instruction possible. The relationship comes first because without it, nothing else works.
02
ENVIRONMENT
Growth requires the right conditions. We design spaces — physical and emotional — where athletes feel safe to struggle, fail, and improve without judgment. When the environment is right, development follows.
03
INFORMATION
"R.E.I. isn't a program you sign up for.
It's the lens through which every EL1 experience is designed.
When you walk into any of our facilities, you'll feel it."
