EL1 Sports is the proud youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball — a multiyear partnership that is designed to grow accessibility and engagement in the sport.

EL1 and MLB are working together to promote the growth of baseball and softball by expanding access to high-quality youth instruction for players of all skill levels and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Major League clubs will be able to leverage EL1’s expertise with facilities and instruction by establishing or expanding training academies and community programming in their markets.

SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF THE SPORTS IN DIVERSE COMMUNITIES

Our partnership includes a component that will create an ongoing source of funding for grassroots programs such as Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI), event-based connections with underserved communities through PLAY BALL, and support the growth of the sport in diverse communities across the United States.

CAPITAL ONE PLAY BALL

For the second year in a row EL1 Sports’ teams led instructional programming at the youth activations at the All-Star Week events. Over the course of the weekend. EL1 instructors worked with more than 10,000 children over the weekend, including dedicating a new field at Rainier Playfields in Seattle.
